1. Launch: Project Manager for the production launch of the product.

? Ensure customer drawings and specifications are received, recorded, and controlled in system.
確保接收到客戶圖紙,規(guī)范,并都記錄和在體系中控制起來。
? Coordinate product launch meetings (internally and at the customer).協(xié)調(diào)組織項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)會(huì)議(內(nèi)部和客戶處)
? Track launch progresses to ensure that all tasks are performed.
跟蹤項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)進(jìn)度確保所有工作的完成
Control the cost within budget
控制項(xiàng)目費(fèi)用在預(yù)算內(nèi)
? Coordinate with Advanced Engineering on new project launches, supplying prototypes to customers and changes as they arise throughout the life of the program
與產(chǎn)品開發(fā)工程人員就新項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng),提交樣件給客戶以及對(duì)在項(xiàng)目生命周期中的變更提供支持
? Coordinate component acquisition for production and sample runs.
協(xié)調(diào)獲取生產(chǎn)零部件和試樣生產(chǎn)
? Coordinate manufacturing equipment acquisition for production including writing the necessary technical specifications.
協(xié)調(diào)生產(chǎn)所需的制造設(shè)備,包括制訂必要的技術(shù)規(guī)范
? Complete reports and documentation of meetings as required.根據(jù)要求完成會(huì)議所需的報(bào)告和文件
? Driving continuous improvement for launching products.推動(dòng)項(xiàng)目的持續(xù)改進(jìn)
2. Quality: Ensure technical specifications for manufacturing equipment meet customer requirements.
質(zhì)量:確保制造設(shè)備的技術(shù)規(guī)范滿足客戶要求
? Assist in the development of quality systems to satisfy customer requirements.
協(xié)助完善質(zhì)量體系以滿足客戶需要
? Co-ordinate the creation of all quality documentation.協(xié)調(diào)所有質(zhì)量文件的生成
? Ensure quality variations experienced in production meet customer requirements of fit, form or function. Respond to customer’s concerns using appropriate systems (8D’s, 7D’s, etc.)
確保生產(chǎn)中的質(zhì)量偏差滿足客戶要求。以合適的形式(8D’s, 7D’s,等)回復(fù)客戶的問題
? Key contact/Customer Liaison for all reporting.

3. Communication: Ensure communication of process / part changes to customer, required by management system documents and procedures.

? Be a liaison between SMMP, the customer, and suppliers.
作為SMMP,客戶以及供應(yīng)商之間的一個(gè)聯(lián)絡(luò)人
? Visits to Customers for continuous improvements and customer relations
拜訪客戶促進(jìn)與客戶間的關(guān)系以及持續(xù)改進(jìn)
? Spearhead design changes and revisions during development, launch and production.
在產(chǎn)品開發(fā),啟動(dòng)和生產(chǎn)階段領(lǐng)導(dǎo)設(shè)計(jì)變更和修改
4. Troubleshooting: Participate in troubleshooting production problems by seeking solutions that preserve design intent of fit, form and function.
解決問題:通過尋求解決方案參與到生產(chǎn)問題的解決中
? Other duties as required, including special projects as they arise. 其他需要履行的職責(zé),包括特殊項(xiàng)目的指派
SKILLS /EXPERIENCE技能、經(jīng)驗(yàn):
? Strong communication, customer service, interpersonal, leadership, project management, prioritization, and organization skills are necessary
